Garlic and Chili Chef Pasta

A delicious dinner in just about the time it takes to boil pasta. This Chef Pasta takes simple ingredients around the kitchen to make a satisfying dinner with a low cost and very little time.


Units Scale
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flake
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan Reggiano, grated
  • 8 oz dry pasta, spaghetti


  1. In a cold pan, add olive oil and garlic. Start the temperature at low to slowly caramelize the garlic
  2. When the garlic is almost caramelized, add half of the parsley.
  3. Add cooked pasta, begin coating pasta with garlic, chili and parsley. Slowly add pasta water to create a sauce.
  4. Finish with Parmesan Reggiano and remaining parsley.
