Kitchen Fidelity is Chef Michael Reyes and myself, Joshua Kenson. Honestly, this is just our excuse to share ideas about food and spend time together being creative all while continuing to learn.

Let me see if I can write about my cousin a bit here. Chef Michael Reyes has been a part of the food industry for over 25 years, both as an educator and professional. He's been involved in recipe/menu development for numerous restaurants, an executive corporate chef, and currently educates at the college level. He has a lot to give in terms of food knowledge and culinary experience, and I hope this is the place we can share that with you.
As far as myself, I've been a part of creative endeavors my whole life. Music was my first love, food a close second. I'm by no means chef status, but I appreciate food and look forward to consuming more of it. Now let's get into the kitchen and cook!
